In short, these are properties that have been the site of such things as murder, felony, suicide, ghosts, etc or the home where a recent or current occupant is or is perceived to have been infected with certain ilnesses (i.e.: AIDS, etc.) .

Psychological Impacts on properties are not considered latent defects or adverse material facts. Therefore, in Idaho the Seller has the right to choose whether or not to disclose any psychological impacts the property may have.
