I have lived in Nampa, Idaho my entire life and have been fortunate to enjoy the many opportunities our area has to offer. I have been a Licensed Realtor since the mid-1990's, the office manager for Patty Bell & Co. Realtors along with working for the Union Pacific Fruit Express Co. for over 33 years. My lovely wife, Patty Bell is my Broker and Business Partner. Patty is also a native of Nampa and our combined knowledge of the Treasure Valley compliments each other and definitely benefits our clients. Being an Investor for many years, I have personally rented, remodeled, bought & sold many homes and my knowledge about home and market conditions has proven to be beneficial to my clients.
We have one Daughter, April, a Son-in-law, Stan, and four grandbabies. My hobbies are hunting, fishing, golfing, boating and white water rafting, just to name a few. The Treasure Valley has a wide range of activities and my knowledge of the area allows me to assist clients with their particular interests, making them feel at home from the start.
