I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1996, beginning as the manager for a local Real Estate office. I became licensed in 1997, first serving as a Licensed Broker's Assistant; secondly as a full time New Construction Specialist until expanding my career to include Existing Residential Listing and Sales in an effort to meet all my clients needs.
I have a special interest in assisting low income and 1st time homebuyers with the purchase of their home as I am familiar with various loan programs that are tailored to their needs. It is my personal goal, no matter what property I list or sell, to make the needs & wants of my customers and clients my top priority. I pride myself in having their best interest at heart. Being a native to the Treasure Valley it brings me great pleasure to help others own a home in this fabulous area. It is fun and exciting to be a part of the growth and changes that are making our Treasure Valley an amazing place to live.
My husband & I have been married since 1979 and have had the privilege of raising our 3 wonderful children in this incredible valley. Our oldest son Shane, is currently serving a tour in Afghanistan with the Army. Our middle son attends college in Oklahoma City and has just recently married. Our daughter is a Senior in High School & looking forward to attending college next year. Besides our involvement with church, we enjoy hiking, playing games, traveling, cooking and good movies.
